Below are images of Fungi we are struggling to identify. Sources for identification of Fungi in Australia are still relatively scarce although there has been marked improvement over the last couple of years thanks in no small way to the various web-sites that have emerged recently as well as the establishment of small groups and/or clubs for people keen on foraging for mushrooms or just taking photos of them.

Each of the photos below can be clicked on for enlargement on your screen. The photo can also be downloaded if you think that would make identification easier. Quote the number in the caption in an EMAIL TO US if you think you have an ID for the subject in the image. Once confirmed we'll remove the photo from here and put it where it belongs. Note there is sometimes more than one photo of the same species.
