THE NORTHERN RIVERS PROJECT; FOR THE STORY.
The second reason for the commencement of The Northern Rivers Project is to simply show you where we are, why we are here and what 'here' actually means to us. All the members and most of our casual contributors are local people living somewhere in the region. We may have different reasons for being here and we may have different reasons for staying here, but we all agree that doing just that is most worthwhile.
On these pages we aim to show off our beautiful 'Northern Rivers' as well as we can. There will be no place you, as a visitor, cannot visit and there will be no experience you, as a visitor cannot undertake yourself. Come see and do, you'll be amazed. |
On these pages we aim to share our part of the world with you. Our beaches, our rain forests, our National Parks, our towns, our history and well... pretty much everything else. The 'Northern Rivers' region is hard to match for variety and raw, natural beauty.

Dedicated to scenic photography, this section is also made available as a resource for personal or scholarly use and so it too provides a community service. And again we aim to encourage the need for Nature Conservation. An issue in need of all our attention.

Photos posted on these pages are produced because our members have an affinity with the region and like to show you the place they call home. Over time this part of the story will become more and more complete.
You too, can help. Even as a casual observer you are quite welcome to make submissions of photographs and/or texts that you think may make a worthwhile addition to the Project. For more detailed information on how to do just that, click here to go to our 'Contact' page. |
